Completed on Delicato Family Wines' 400-acre ranch in Manteca, California, the Generation 4 Center (G4 Center) is a cutting-edge, 748,000 SF bottling and distribution facility. Developed to support Delicato’s rapid growth, the project spans 17 acres and integrates production, storage, and logistics into a centralized operation, significantly enhancing efficiency and capacity.

Equipped with six high-speed bottling lines and 52 truck docks, the facility can produce up to 75,000 cases daily. A 36-foot-high storage system optimizes space, while a premium section is dedicated to safeguarding high-value products. Sustainability was a key focus, with features like rainwater recycling and energy-efficient systems minimizing environmental impact.

Facility Development Company (FDC) constructed the G4 Center, collaborating closely with the owner to ensure the design met operational needs and sustainability goals. This state-of-the-art facility positions Delicato for continued success and reflects their commitment to innovation and adaptability.
